Lets Talk Leggings !

Never wear leggings with shirts that are short, always wear them with shirts, sweaters or jackets that cover your rear!

Never wear leggings that are so see through that one can see your undergarments and their embellishments, ie lace, bows or fishnet.

Always wear leggings that are becoming to you.  Stay away from white, beige and light colored one's they usually are so see through it appears you are wearing pajama's in the daytime!

Some good looks for leggings are button shirts, another would be a man's button down striped shirt with a wide belt at the waist, a blazer and some hot leather booties....Ohhhwee....

Leggings look great with tunics that have lots of color to accent the solid color legging. But stay away from patterns that are to busy if you have large busts.

Always take a second, third and fourth look when stepping out.  Smile and step out looking polished and super fly demanding the respect you so deserve.

Wear it girl, you wear it well.  Remain being that Curvy Diva that dwells deep down within.

Ok Ladies, This is A Huge No-No......

DON'T WEAR LEGGINGS WITH SHORT TOPS!!!!

As a sexy, confident and attractive full-figured woman I know that it is okay for me to say this.  Why would any woman be caught dead or for that matter in public with leggings on so thin you can see her panties (bows, lace and all) through her very sheer leggings?

I believe many women think this is SUPER sexy, I for one feel it shows that the woman sporting the contraption is looking for trouble.  When I say looking for trouble I mean in the form of rude comments, vulgar looks from those who might find this sexy.   To each her own, but if  you expect...... respect and admiration is what we seek we will not get it by putting any type of garment on our bodies.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you or myself wearing leggings, just leave more to the imagine, keep all ya' business out the streets.  I would suggest wearing darker colored leggings without textures or patterns, the thicker type.  Wear a long men's shirt with a belt and a blazer and some short bootie boots to top it off.  That is a great look.  We as full figure women need to get away from "if they sell it in my size I can wear it".  This is NOT so.  I believe one would/could have much more confidence if she covered her body in a more respectable classy way.  Do yourself a favor and dress to impress always.  There is nothing more attractive then a nice ample woman who dresses nice.  Wear on your body those pieces that compliment your curves!

Curvy Joint Do's & Don'ts of Fashion: 1ST DAY OF CURVY JOINT FASHION TIPS 101

Curvy Joint Do's & Don'ts of Fashion: 1ST DAY OF CURVY JOINT FASHION TIPS 101: "First and foremost I am starting this blog due to so many people telling me how I need to make use of my gifts. Years ago while in a m..."

Some Do's & Some Don'ts.............

Large Bust Women:

Try to always wear shirts and blouses that are one solid color, without stripes or ruffles.  Large prints are also a no-no.  Stay away from big lapels and busy assemetrical styles.  Some of the most flattering styles are shirts and or blouses with 3/4 sleeves and cap sleeves in solid colors.

Scoop tops and v-necks are also very nice and they elongate the neck.  T-shirts are awesome, blouses that are loose in the top as not to draw much attention to the bust work great also.

Pants for the Full figured women:

Women who have full thighs should wear pants that are made with fabrics that give, those with cotton and spandex blend is a good choice.  Pants lined with silk are ideal, the silk prevents friction.  When shopping for pants always look for materials that hae a flow.  For example a cotton or linen.

Skirts for Full figured women:

Bias cut skirts and fishtale skirts are great for us, long dresses or what is known as the "maxi dress" is wonderful for us because it tends to create an hourglass silhouette.  Wrap dresses are ideal for full figured woman as they tend to give everyone a waist.  If you have a smaller waist line, this is an added effect!

Jackets & Coats for the full figured woman:

Jean and denim coats look great and also 3/4 length jackets and coats look amazing!  They have contour shape and if you have some areas you want to hide they hide them and they also can highlight areas you want to show.

So, that is just a little something for you to nibble on while I work on more tips for you wonderful and beautiful ladies.  Remember always to do you, cuz you are the best YOU you can be!
